For those travelling to Italy from outside Europe a visa may be required.  We are sometimes asked to send documents and letters to support visa applications.  We are happy to help as it is exciting for us to receive visitors from all parts of the world.  However we will have to pass on the cost of this to you.  A trackable registered letter costs around €60 to send from Italy and usually involves Nigel Konstam standing in the queue at the post office for an hour!  He is a patient man and does not mind too much.  We will send you the tracking number by email once the letter has been sent.  To cover our time and costs we make a charge of £75 which is payable by BACS or online via Paypal.  If further letters need to be sent by registered post then the charge is repeated.  Please adjust the quantity on the Paypal page according to the number of letters that are required by you.  Thank you.
